Comments	Built on the tennis court of 5 Prospect Road in c.1938 and originally listed as 5a Prospect Road. Designed and built by the owner architect, Chris A. Smith, this property has retained high Art Deco integrity. Many of the internal features are still extant. The rear two storey building on Carter Street, also in Art Deco style, had a four car garage and Smith's design offices upstairs.
