Search for a Building

Building Search

To search by building you have three options. You can Search by Name, Search by Type or Style, or Search by Year Designed.

To Search by Name, you need to enter the original name of the building, i.e. what it was called when it was constructed. You can enter a partial name to broaden the search.

To Search by Type or Style, a pull down menu will provide you various categories to select.
For example building types include Commercial, Ecclesiastical, Public, Residential and building styles include Federation, Gothic and Modern.

To Search by Year Designed you need to enter a date range.

Once you have found the building name, you click on it and detailed information on the building will appear in a table.
